About the Couple

I’m so happy I met Frances and Charles! They fell in love in Boston and then moved to Oregon to start an exciting new adventure together. It was so adorable when Charles was telling me about the proposal and his decision to ditch his original plan at the spur of a moment. He got so excited, when he saw a double rainbow appear outside of their new apartment in Portland, that he woke Frances up to share the view and popped the question right then and there.
