On the Rhode in Love
Newport, Rhode Island
Cristina & Jordan
“Jordan and I met in high school but we didn’t start dating until after college. Actually, right after I moved away was when we realized this was the real deal.We were long distance for about 2 years and although it was tough, it all worked out in the end!
He proposed out on his boat in November with his black lab Theo.We love the boat, beach and ocean, so everything was perfect, but man was it cold and I complained the whole ride. It wasn't until he got me up on the bow of the boat that I realized what was happening. All I can remember is screaming, “Are you for real?!” multiple times. When we pulled back to the dock, both of our families were waiting to greet us.
The day of the shoot was hot, humid and foggy so naturally I was freaking out that my hair would be a mess and the pictures would look “weird” with the fog. My sweet bridesmaids assured me it would be perfect, and they were right! We took our pictures at Sachuest Point in Newport, RI. We wanted greenery, grass and beach. Every location that Victoria scouted was better than the next, it was exactly what I had pictured!”

“Victoria is the best! Like many 2020 brides we decided to postpone our September wedding, but it didn't stop us from engagement pictures. We had to postpone our shoot multiple times due to the pandemic as well as other unforeseen issues and she was so accommodating to all requests. We didn't know what to expect we had the best time, and even my fiancé will admit it! Victoria made us feel so comfortable and the pictures came out unbelievable amazing. Wedding planning in 2020 has been extremely stressful but our engagement shoot was by far the best experience of the whole process. We can't wait for wedding photos!”
